Automatically choose the heal option from the garrison pet NPCs Serr'ah and Lio
What's new
Blizz changed how gossip options were chosen, use to be simple like selecting 1, 2, 3, etc. Now every NPC has specific ID for each of they options and these ID numbers are sometimes different depending on visit. It's not an elegant solution but it works.
