Seramate PvP Inspect

• Copy a player as Name-Server, not just the profile link
Players asked to copy the character the way the game writes it, for /w, /inv
or a search box. A pair of radios on the copy popup flips its text between the
seramate.com link and Name-Server (realm without spaces, hyphens or periods, as
GetNormalizedRealmName writes it). The choice persists in SeramateSettings and
the right-click entry is labelled after it. Radios rather than panel buttons:
a panel button's locked highlight is its hover look, so the unchosen one read
  as chosen under the cursor.
Name-Server keeps the realm as the client handed it; only the URL still maps a
localized realm to its English name, since seramate.com 404s on the other.
