• Add Guild & Communities roster tooltips
  Hook CommunitiesMemberListEntryMixin:OnEnter (mixin-table hook at
  Blizzard_Communities load; rows copy it lazily) and append ratings to the
  row tooltip. In the expanded Roster view Blizzard shows no tooltip unless
  a column truncates, so build our own there — hidden again if nothing
  renders, and Blizzard's own OnLeave clears it. Battle.net communities are
  skipped (battletags, not characters). Own Surfaces toggle, default on.
