• Fix the color-tool roundtrip, the release-notes bracket list, and the changelog
  toLua()/toJSON()/import in tools/tooltip-colors.html dropped the title tiers'
  key/label fields — following the documented edit-and-paste workflow would have
  orphaned every stored title-color override and crashed the Title Colors page
  on a nil label. The generated file is now a verified drop-in: the full test
  suite passes against toLua() output. Release notes stop claiming the database
  is 2v2/3v3/RBG only (stale since Shuffle) and read the solo-queue bar from the
  manifest. Changelog entries tightened.

• Add Battleground Blitz rating rows (2v2/3v3/RBG/Shuffle/Blitz)
  Current + this-expansion Blitz lines with their own toggles, folded into the
  compact summary like every bracket. The decoder already parses any bz= pairs;
  rows simply stay hidden until the backend ships blitz data (own 1800 gate,
  same bar as Shuffle) in the next daily refresh.

• Drop the stale Unreleased heading from the changelog
  Nothing ever moves out of it — pushes release daily via the manifest-driven
  workflow, so the heading was permanently wrong. The packager ignores this
  file; release notes are generated separately.

• Add Title Colors settings page: per-tier title color overrides
  Each title tier (Rank 1 … Combatant) gets a color swatch on a new Settings
  subcategory, driving the standard color picker with live preview and a
  per-tier Reset. Overrides live in SeramateSettings.titleColors keyed by new
  stable tier keys in Data/colors.lua; Util.titleColor resolves them per call,
  so every surface (full, compact, LFG, Bnet) picks them up unchanged.
