• Add Layout setting: Compact style available outside combat too
  Community feedback liked the in-combat compact tooltip and wanted it all
  the time. Split the single combat setting into two axes:
  • Layout (Full / Compact): the base style, applied in and out of combat.
  • In Combat (Same as usual / Compact / Hide): overrides the base while
    fighting. The legacy "show" value maps to "Same as usual".
    Render.resolveMode() folds the two into full|compact|hide and is unit
    tested across the matrix. The options panel outgrew WoW's fixed canvas
    viewport (the In Combat radios were already near/below the fold), so the
    controls now live in a ScrollFrame that grows to fit.
