New Features

• Emergency Salve can now show the Emergency Salve spell icon when a removable Poison or Disease is on you. The icon has its own position, set through Unlock Frames, and an optional Flame, Blink or Proc glow. Turn it on under Combat Tracker, Emergency Salve.

Improvements

• The Emergency Salve highlight can now be turned off on its own, so you can show only the icons.
• Emergency Salve now always warns for both Poison and Disease. The separate Show Poison and Show Disease toggles have been removed, since Emergency Salve removes either one.
