    Added condition to prevent selling of ilvl 1 and cosmetic items

    Adjusted the SellSage addon to avoid selling items that are ilvl 1 (typically cosmetic items) and are not soulbound. This change is essential to prevent accidental selling of valuable cosmetic items. Also tweaked some other aspects of item handling and reporting. For instance, the UpdateCoinButtons is now refreshed during "BAG_UPDATE", while the UpdateTsmIcons function is no longer called during "MODIFIER_STATE_CHANGED" events.
