- removed temporary fix for blizzard bug regarding bitfield COMBATLOG_OBJECT_NONE always set in sourceFlags and destFlags returning from CombatLogGetCurrentEventInfo()

- anniversary/TBC: added TOC for 2.5.5
- classic era/Vanilla: bumped TOC to 1.15.8
