Scrutineer 1.5.3 — Notification Hotfix

• Notification sound no longer rapid-fires when applicants join your queue. Previously, every time a new applicant entered the list, the sound would re-play for every already-qualifying applicant in the list — turning a single ding into a barrage. Each qualifying applicant now correctly pings exactly once per listing.
