Announces a welcome message in guild when logging in automatically.

When you login to the game on a charachter is will pause for a short delay before announcing your arrival in guild chat.

This will eventually be customisable within the addon but a present it will only just announce your arrival.

Features include: Auto posting into guild chat.

This is a simple addon and low cpu resource.
