• Moves patrol metadata into the addon DB rather than being fields within the LUA modules.
• Function names for current location dropdowns have been normalized in accordance with the convention of the rest of the dropdowns.
• Removes db keys for frame x/y dimensions
• Removes local instances of db variables
• Makes the addon able to be minimized in game
• Removes selective disabling of UI widgets
