Summary：

Keeps sArena's cast bar above the diminishing-returns icons - without touching a single sArena file.

Description：

sArena draws its diminishing-returns icons on one frame level and its cast bar on another, and config refreshes plus re-parenting keep shuffling the two. The result: the cast bar ends up underneath four small DR icons exactly when you are trying to see whether the cast went off.

CastBarOnTop fixes the stacking order and keeps it fixed:

• cast bar to DIALOG / 60 - a full strata above HIGH, so it still wins if something later lifts the DR icons
• DR icons down to MEDIUM / 5, including DRTextFrame, which is hardcoded to frameStrata="HIGH" in the template
• hooks on SetFrameStrata, SetFrameLevel and SetParent, plus a light poll - anything that changes the order afterwards gets pushed back

It does not edit a single sArena file, so sArena updates never overwrite it. The catch runs the other way: if sArena changes its internal frame structure, this addon goes quiet instead of erroring - /cbot tells you the current strata and level in one line.

Commands

/cbot self-check - /cbot top list what is actually covering the cast bar - /cbot dr temporarily hide sArena's DR icons - /cbot force re-apply immediately.

Requirements

sArena_Reloaded as an optional dependency: with sArena absent the addon does nothing at all. Verified against sArena_Reloaded v2.7.x. Retail 12.1.5, interface 120105.
