Implement logic to further prevent the Sap icon from showing unless the target/focus is truly sappable.

 

Along with being out of combat, the Sap icon will only show if:

-The target/focus unit is a 'sappable' creature type (i.e. humanoid, beast, demon, dragonkin as of patch 8.0.1).

-The target/focus unit is not friendly.
