First release, on retail (12.1.5) and WoW Forever. How to use it: USAGE.md.

Added

• One account-wide set of Plays per class (and General Plays for every class), stored in SakaBindDB separately on retail 12.1.5 and on WoW Forever. A Play holds Branches (When, On, Do) and one or more Inputs.
• Press-time picking: priority override bindings; the first Branch whose conditions match is chosen at the moment of the key press, from restricted code adapted from Debind. Forms, stealth, combat, mounted, flying, Skyriding and vehicle (retail), specs, mouseover and target conditions; spells (with ranks on Forever), items, macro text, OPie rings, key commands and action-bar slots; the keys go back to the pet-battle buttons during a pet battle.
• Window: the Board (US ANSI tenkeyless keyboard and mouse, live Layers, locks, extra mouse buttons with hand-made aliases), the Playbook (search, filters, sort, Flags) and the editor drawer (When/On/Do menus, drag and drop, spell picker, "How it runs", Save and Cancel). Dark, in Blizzard's look.
• Spell catalog filled from each character's spellbook, and Forever rank chains and spec rule (the talent tree with the most points).
• Import from the action bars: /sb import previews, /sb import run makes the Plays, and the Playbook has an Import button with a confirmation. It never changes the game's own bindings.
• Masque (optional): a "SakaBind" group skins the Board key icons and the Playbook row icons.
• /sb commands: new, bind, unbind, branch, rmbranch, del, list, show, flags, spells, mouse, import, debug, help.
• LICENSE (MIT), included in every package.
• mise run package builds dist/SakaBind-<version>.zip locally; .pkgmeta for the BigWigs packager.

Known limits

• Unit-frame mode is not built (planned): a mouseover Branch on a mouse button does not fire over raid frames, and says so in a Flag and a chat warning.
• A key command works only as a Play's only Branch.
• On Forever, "spec" means the talent tree with the most points (not confirmed with the user).
