SoD P2 preparation

    prep for SoD Phase2 new rune slots
    minimap/panel button now shows the currently selected runeset
    left-click on minimap/panel button will show runesets dropdown if the current set is fully applied
    - middle-click can still be used to manually clear the runeset selection
