Rune Engrave Hider [SoD]

I don't like how the Rune Engraving window staples itself to your Character Sheet every time you open the window, so this addon toggles it to be closed by default.

Features:

• Minimizes the Rune Engraver/Collection UI until the button is pressed.

May be incompatible with other addons that modify the Rune Engraving UI.

Currently leaves the Rune button highlighted as if the window was open when it's closed, and vise versa. I will address this in a future update.
