Label whelp abilities with their effect in the tooltip
The client names the training currencies "Red Whelp (Fire Shot)" etc., which
says nothing about what the ability does. Show "Fire Shot (Single Target
Damage)" and friends instead:
Fire Shot Single Target Damage
Lobbing Fire Nova AoE Damage
Curing Whiff Single Target Healing
Mending Breath AoE Healing
Sleepy Ruby Warmth Crit Buff
Under Red Wings Haste Buff
Matching is done on the English ability name inside the currency name, so an
unrecognised locale falls back to the client's own name instead of showing
nothing.
