📃 Version 0.8.3**

Minor Features
* NPCs can now cast both instant cast and 1 turn cast spells. Likewise, they can be interrupted and silenced.
* NPC spells now have cooldowns (default: 1 turn cooldown).
* Added Exhaustion and Insanity. Your Exhaustion/Insanity levels (if you have any) can be seen by hovering over your portrait in the RPT character sheet.

Quality of Life
* Hovering over NPC spells now tells you the damage range that they deal, rather than the dice that they roll.
* Reduced the number of messages when loading RPT.

Class Changes
* In general, most party buffs now apply to the whole party, rather than just 1-5 targets.

Paladin
* Consecration now always hits. It was previously being treated as a damage spell rather than as a 'debuff-applying' spell.

Warrior
* Sunder armour now deals damage.
* Pummel no longer deals damage, but this means that it cannot miss.
* Mace Specialisation now properly stuns the target for 1 turn.
* Recklessness now has a 10 turn cooldown... Sorry Reed!

 Mage
* Brilliance Aura now applies to the whole party.

Bug Fixes
* Fixed an infuriating bug which caused the spell editor in the NPC manager to not open.
* Mana costs are now properly displayed.
* All spells now properly display the damage/healing that they deal.
* You can no longer heal party members that have been downed in combat (0 HP).
* Healers should now generate the intended threat.
* Incapacitate effects will now break when direct damage is taken.
* Bad luck protection now works as intended.
* Prevented an error which was caused by some passive spells being cast when combat starts.
