RPMLoot

 Provides Looting Interface to redistribute personal loot and automate Master Looting

(Master looter /  group leader  must have this addon for it to function correctly)

- type /rpmloot   to toggle between enable and disable 

  (optionaly:   /rpmloot on,  /rpmloot off) will enable/disable addons' functionality respectively 

- Winner will be determined in following way:

 max(M) > max(O) > max(U) > max(T) > regular(/roll)

- players without addon will be asked to whisper leader one of the following letters [M,m,O,o,U,u,T,t]

to specify what type of roll they are trying to go for.  (Player must reply within remaining roll time). 

- if more then 1 person rolls the highest number, they will automatically re roll on the item if they have and addon if not whey would need to do /roll 

- Window for Rolls will appear when someone offers to trade an item.

- To offer an item for roll you can press "Trade" in a window that pops up when u loot an epic quality item, or  by  whispering  to the leader "[item][item]"  the item Link  2 times.

- If Addon "Personal Loot Helper" is enabled and loot is set to personal loot and you are inside a dungeon all the rolls and trade requests will be redirected to Personal Loot Helper and a winner will be determined by Personal Loot Helper mechanics something along the lines of:   max({M,O,U,T}) 

- if everyone has this addon and as soon as everyone selects a roll or a pass on the item the winner and the owner of the item will get a notification frame and next item in queue will be offered for a roll.

- (MasterLoot) Next Item button can be clicked to force current item to be awarded to the highest roller and start roll for the next item in queue

- when winning notification window is clicked, if winner/owner is in trading range, will open trade window respectively and place offered item into the trade window (owner might need to click it second time to place the item)

- type  /rpmloot  { v , version , Version , VERSION } to display RPMLoot  version

    (Group Leader) will get a  version display for everyone in the group.

      "not installed" will display if player does not have RPMLoot  add-on  or  his RPMLoot add-ons' version is bellow 0.03
