Under some circumstances (e.g., if you die while in combat), RPHelm can't change your helm or cloak visibility when it recieves an event to indicate that you're leaving or entering combat.  Thus, when you rez, you may still be in the "combat setup", even though you're not in combat.

This will fix itself the next time RPHelm sees you enter/leave combat when it can change visibility.  Optionally, you can use the /helm and/or /cloak commands to manually change their visibility.
