This sort of fixes RoguePowerBars for the most recent patch, but with a lot of hacks that I'm not proud of. A few dependent libraries need to be updated for 9.0, but I've vendored and hacked them well enough for this to work on it's own. No guarantees that this plays nice with other addons!
