RP Toolkit
- By
RP Toolkit started as a personal addon, to record and journal my own journey in WoW Forever, that i am sharing in case others would like an in-game system to do the same. It contains the ability to create and share entries through TRP3 Extended.
What's new
RP Toolkit 0.12.0-beta2
Changed since beta1
- CurseForge packaging:
RPToolkit_UserSymbolsis now a no-code companion addon with its own Retail and WoW Forever TOCs. This allows CurseForge to properly validate and install the two-folder package while keeping the existingCustom02+user-symbol workflow unchanged. - WoW Forever Local Lore: Added a region-scoped exact subzone-name fallback for Year-25 lore that was authored before playable-client geometry could be verified. Existing authored client-valid detection rules still take priority, and the fallback does not invent map IDs, coordinates, radii, or polygons.
- WoW Forever Local Lore: Existing authored subzone aliases from older Retail development-proxy rules can now be reused when no Forever-specific rule exists. This improves automatic Local Lore detection in Darkshore, Darnassus, Felwood, Teldrassil, and Winterspring.
- WoW Forever Local Lore: Added an explicit user-confirmed Temple of the Moon subzone rule so the Temple of the Moon article can replace general Darnassus lore while the player is inside the Temple.
