Roulette

1. Ensured that the "Select Role" frame appears in the center of the screen when you type /roulette or /rl
2. Ensured that the Roulette table frame (and "Summary" tab) appear in the center of the screen when you select a role
3. Added a scale slider that allows adjustment between 0.50x and 1.50x
4. Added "/emote" (orange) text in chat to help with announcements of spins, total pot amounts and winners
5. Fixed an issue where the "Repeat Bet" button wasn't placing more than 10 individual bets. Temporary solution is that 10 or fewer bets will be placed using the hidden addon message, but if you have 11 or more bets on the table and hit the "Repeat Bet" button, they'll be announced in party chat to avoid hitting the rate limit
6. Amended the borders of all frames and changed them to a silver colour (from gold)
7. Updated the "Clear Table" button to make it clearer for Dealer POV
8. Updated the table layout (red/black distribution) and wheel graphic to mirror European roulette more accurately
9. Increased frame layer of the addon so it will appear above the majority of other UIs, weakauras and addons
10. Added announcement for any trades (eg. "I just received XG from Y" or "I just gave XG to Y") in party chat
11. Added a disclaimer when you first join the table
12. Added a volume slider that adjusts the Master & Effects volume for addon audio files
13. Leaderboard now tracks # of spins played and biggest win
14. Added a TOP 3, TOP 5, TOP 10 announcement button for leaderboard
