Login fix. Interface stays 16001.

- Logging in no longer errors while the health and power orbs take
  their color. Those settings headlines are painted only after the
  orb page exists. Opening the page tints them to match the orbs.
- The button box finishes coming up. A minimap button with a bad
  name no longer stops it.
- Orgrimmar shows the live minimap. The city canvas was covering it
  with grey and black blocks, so that canvas stays hidden.
- A hunter pet's happiness face sits just left of the pet health bar,
  at twice the previous size.
- The profession icon redraw is gone. The rank bars on that page
  stay broken with Roth turned off, so the game's own profession
  art is what is sliced.
- Edit Mode can click the default party frames when Roth's party
  frames are turned off. They were held hidden while you were solo.
- Chat no longer filters message text. Those filters tainted chat
  history and tried to read secret message strings.
- Health percents and names that are secret are written straight
  onto the text. Gluing a percent sign or a color code onto them
  was the string-conversion error.
