 Update 3.0.12 (Shadowlands 9.0.1)

    - Fixed an issue in LibSpellbook that caused it to only scan the general, class, and talent spells but not spec spells while rendering the timeline (internal spell tab numbering was changed in Shadowlands).
    - Updated the Ace3 addon framework to r1241, which solves issues with the settings GUI sometimes not loading due to Shadowlands GUI changes.
    - Fix issue where the Watcher timeline never recognized pvp talents as learned and usable (Watcher not talking nicely with LibPvPTalents)
    - Fix issue where Watcher thought PvP talents were usable when not in warmode
    - Watcher now updates the spells on the timeline when turning warmode on/off.
    - When Watcher is updated, aura filters are no longer set to check whether an aura exists instead of not exists.
