RoosterLoot v1.3.0

Originally, this update was planned as v1.2.2 and focused solely on the Legacy Loot Browser. During development, it evolved into a much larger project that improved nearly every major subsystem within RoosterLoot. Compared to previous releases, this update represents a significant leap in functionality, performance, and stability, making v1.3.0 the appropriate version.
