RollPlayHud is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon designed specifically for role-play communities, helping players and Dungeon Masters keep track of dice rolls without drowning in chat spam.

Whether you're running a duel between two characters or managing a forty-player campaign event, RollPlayHud keeps the important information visible while letting everyone focus on what matters most: the story.

Features

🎲 Persistent Roll HUD

Capture recognised roll messages in a movable, resizable HUD complete with timestamps, player names and raid marker icons. No more scrolling back through chat trying to find who rolled what.

⚔️ Summary Mode

Designed for large combat-RP encounters.

Instead of displaying every individual attack, RollPlayHud automatically totals damage against each raid marker, tracks healing and utility actions, and highlights critical successes and failures so the Dungeon Master can resolve an entire combat round at a glance.

Built-in support for both d20 and d100 combat systems, with manual switching to suit your event.

🎯 Flexible Roll Detection

Supports Blizzard /roll, TRP3 Extended dice output, guild-specific roll formats, and user-defined Lua pattern matchers.

Planned Features

Currently, the d100 and d20 rulesets for the Summary mode are built around my own guild's thresholds (ruleset documents attached). While I've found these to be quite standard among several RP communities, I am planning on adding the ability to create your own thresholds into the addon... just as soon as I learn how to do that!
