Roll For Loot

Release 1 for 7.0.3
    - Initial Release of 7.0.3

Known Issues
       - For the Master Looter, the loot roll tracker is not properly maintaining its position, and is restarting form the beginning each time.
       - If boss fights contain multiple MOBs which drop loot, and they are greater than the group loot range they will be treated as individual loot objects.
