Its an addon for assigning blame. A random number is generated, that person in raid is then blamed for a wipe. /rfbroll - rolls the blame /rfbblame - (not implemented in V1.0) blames the entire raid for the wipe, useful for douchebad pug leaders. /rfbhelp - help
