Bleed Tracker is a lightweight and customizable World of Warcraft addon designed for Assassination Rogues to keep track of Garrote and Rupture across multiple enemies.
It provides three customizable display modes:
- Nameplate Display – Shows Garrote and Rupture tracking directly on your current target's nameplate.
- Screen Display – Places the tracker at a fixed and customizable position on your screen.
- Only Digits – Displays clean numerical Garrote and Rupture counters without icons.
You can freely adjust the position, icon size, spacing, and font size to fit your UI. Each display mode can be enabled independently, allowing you to use the Nameplate and Screen trackers at the same time.

Important
Bleed Tracker can only track !!enemies!! whose nameplates are currently visible, due to World of Warcraft's addon API restrictions.
