    Update ls_Toasts_Rehok.lua

    Lightspark changed how skins are now handled thus breaking the way it was being done, Updated to make it work with the new system and includes 1 for no border colours and 1 for border colours. This has also changed it to rLST as the skin name (addon name will change in future to rLST)
