Recent changes

• Added an optional location line in the player tooltip.
  The location is only shown for your own character to avoid displaying incorrect positions for other players.
• Fixed duplicate level/race/class lines that could appear in some player tooltips, especially for units without a visible guild line.
• Improved inspect caching for other players:
  • The addon now re-requests inspect data when previous data was incomplete (e.g. talents 0/0/0 or missing average item level).
  • Valid inspect data is cached for a short time to keep tooltips responsive while still updating when needed.
• Ensured safer unit handling in tooltips to reduce “unknown unit” errors when hovering frames from other UI addons.
• General tooltip styling refinements to keep the RL Gearscore section compact and readable.
