RKA - Rumorix Kick Announcer

Rumorix Kick Announcer v0.7.5

Fixed:
- Fixed Ready Check announcements being silently dropped because of unsafe raw pipe characters in combined chat messages.
- Replaced unsafe "|" separators with chat-safe formatting.
- Added chat-message sanitizing before sending combined RAM/RKA assignment summaries.
- Added local diagnostic output if the Ready Check announcement fails to send.

Changed:
- Ready Check summaries now use a single compact combined message whenever possible.
- Combined assignment messages now use safe separators between tank and interrupt assignments.
- Long summaries can still be split into multiple messages when necessary.
