Fix:
- Fixed an issue where the group frame could get stuck on the cursor while dragging
Changes:
- Updated drag system to Blizzard standard (OnDragStart / OnDragStop)
- Added safety handling to prevent stuck movement
Result:
- Stable frame dragging
- No more stuck cursor
