v12.18 — Appearance Panel & Border Updates

• Added "Reset to default size" button inside the P (Personalization) panel of the distribution tracking window — resets the window to 650×770 and clears the saved size from the database
• Added 3 new border presets: Argus Green (bright neon green), Pure White, and Rainbow (real-time animated color cycling via C_Timer.NewTicker)
• Rainbow border displays with multicolored text in the panel button list
• Rainbow animation stops cleanly when switching to another style (no ticker leak)
• Appearance panel height now calculated dynamically based on the number of presets — adding new borders in the future will auto-resize the panel
• Fixed appearance panel being too small to display the reset button fully (height was 300, raised to dynamic calculation)
