-Fixed the fonts for Buffs and Debuffs by the minimap. A ElvUI update broke them.

-Must have misplaced the notes or made manual updates that I cannot remember

-updated the placeholder icon to fit the art style for the page.
-moved the player and target frames slightly to make more room
-increased the action bar limit on bars 1 and 2 from 8 buttons to 10 (there are more spells now and it wasn't enough for the main bars)

-Moved the threat bar due to overriding the action bars. It is now at the bottom of the UI.
-Changed the growth direction of a couple bars due to how they interacted with mage ports, poisons, and warlock summons.
-Moved the Objective Frame over a little more due to how it interacts with the side of the screen.
-Removed the borders on the boss button, and the extra action button for a cleaner UI.
-TOC had the wrong addon number
