Update for Legion release and Level 110.

IMPORTANT: After installing this update, the addon will no longer work for Level 100 characters.  It will only work for Level *110* Shamans.  The addon will disable itself until your Shaman reaches the new maximum level.

Update for Legion release and Level 110.

IMPORTANT: After installing this update, the addon will ONLY work for Level 110 Shamans in Resto spec (it will simply disable itself until you reach the new maximum level).

Possible minor issue: the spellID for the Tidal Pools artifact trait's heal may not be correct because my artifact and I didn't get that far in Beta.  If neither of my guess(es) at the spell ID are right, it may occasionally print a warning message when it sees that spell.  This will eventually be corrected if necessary.
