RestedXP Waybound 1-30

Fixes class quest routes returning to the leveling route while RestedXP previews upcoming steps, including Rogue Zanzil recovery. Automatic return now requires the active final marker; stale callbacks cannot return from a different guide.

Fixes Skyborne Exploring the Alliance steps appearing for other Alliance races. Race filters apply to every class alternative; two inverted tour filters are corrected.

Preserves beta.4's removal of intrusive popup prompts.

Validation: 18,270 race/class filter cases using the installed RestedXP evaluator, seven class-return simulations, and Lua compilation checks passed. Live Alliance gameplay/UI confirmation remains pending.

Requires Forever-compatible RXPGuides, installed separately. NOVA changes; adapted outdoor source attribution and CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license retained in the package.
