Bug fix for Exalted reps on LDB tooltips

Robert Veitch:
    - Fixed error on LDB tooltip for exalted reps. Fixes #13
    This was due to there not being a reputation level above Exalted and it
    trying to populate the next reputation level in the tooltip.
