Rematch Next Target

0.2.0 - Added default route in Outland - press Alt before targeting A'dal In Shattrah!

         - Added default route in Northrend. Pressing Alt before targeting Adorean Lew or Bitty Frostflinger in Runewearer Square, Dalaran will guide you to Nearly Headless Jacob.

         - Added option to check the order of trainer pets. "/rmtnxt pets" shows current state of the option. "/rmtnxt pets on" enable, "/rmtnxt pets off" disable this option.

         - The addon should no longer ask for the next target in the Broken Isles.

         - After defeating a trainer, which has set a trainer as the next target, a  dialog box should now pop-up asking whether the user wants to load the team to defeat the next trainer.

Still didn't test the ability to save the next target , sorry.
