- Fix 12.1.0 taint: use a private tooltip instead of the shared GameTooltip
The shared GameTooltip, once driven by our insecure OnEnter closures, carried
our taint into Blizzard's World Map POI tooltip path and threw 'attempt to
compare a secret number value (execution tainted by RemainingAchievements)'
(LayoutFrame.lua:491). Own a private tooltip frame so the taint stays contained. - Bump actions/checkout to v5 (Node 20 deprecation)
