Display how much an upgrade a relic is right in the tooltip!

When mouseovering a boss inside a dungeon, the tooltip will show you if any relevant (to your class overall, not just current spec) relics are in in its loot table

Description

7.2.0: Fixed the problem with the API not returning any values for +Item Levels on relics

Display how much an upgrade a relic is right in the tooltip! Will add the additional itemlevels you'll get by slotting the relic you are looking at directly to the tooltip
