Tooltips show how much of which stat was reforged

Description
ReforgeSummary is a time-saving addon that enhances the default Blizzard Reforging UI.
- When no item is selected, shows a list of your gear and currently reforged stats
- Clicking an item in the list will select it for reforging
- Right clicking in open space while an item is selected will instantly back out to the overview
- When restoring or reforging, the frame will update immediately instead of waiting for the glow animation
- Item tooltips now detail how much of which stat was reforged, similar to the Armory tooltips
