Spell Sound Triggers is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon that lets you assign Blizzard sound kit IDs to specific player spells/action. When one of your configured spells finishes casting successfully, the addon plays the sound you selected.
The addon includes an in-game configuration window where you can drag spells from your spellbook, enter a sound kit ID, test sounds, and save spell-to-sound mappings. Each spell can use its own sound channel, such as Master, Effects, Ambience, Dialog, or Music. You can also enable a global sound channel override if you want every configured spell to play through the same channel.
Spell Sound Triggers supports per-character profiles. Each character gets its own profile automatically, and you can copy settings from another character profile when you want to reuse an existing setup.
Features:
- Drag spells from the spellbook into the addon window.
- Manually enter spell IDs for spells that do not drag correctly from talent or spell interfaces.
- Assign any valid Blizzard sound kit ID.
- Test sound kit IDs from the addon window.
- Choose a sound channel per spell.
- Optionally force all sounds through one global sound channel.
- Save separate profiles per character.
- Copy a profile from another character.
- Includes a helper popup that points users toward Wowhead sound ID searches.
