Fixed some issues with Draenor and Shadowmoon Valley /  Nagrand not showing correctly, restructured the data a bit better for each character.
Added scanned data for Draenor and included Tanaan Jungle.
We have now scanned data for:
- Outland
- Draenor
- Dragon Isles
- Pandaria
- Kul Tiras 
- Eastern Kingdoms

I will go to Broken Isles - Zandalar - Shadowlands - Maelstrom - Vashj-ir and Kalimdor, in this order.

To see the new waypoints you have to re-add the character you want to explore with if you already started progressing.
