Fixed a number of bugs (I am sorry I must have been tired when I worked on 2.2)
- Fixed Recycle Bin not deleting items as it should.
- Fixed /recyclebin commands from not working (showed the /help command error)
- Added some messages to the /recyclebin commands so if you are already locked and try to lock it, it will tell you it is already locked and tell how how to unlock it.
- Fixed a couple of typos in the comments.
