RecruitFlow is an in-game recruitment and outreach CRM for World of Warcraft players who want to find, organize, contact, and follow up with potential raid members, guild recruits, pug candidates, or future roster prospects.
It is not limited to guild officers. RecruitFlow is built for anyone who wants to pull names from `/who`, LFG, manual imports, or other sources, then move those players through a structured follow-up workflow instead of relying on memory, chat history, spreadsheets, or scattered notes.
- Find potential recruits from `/who` scans by class, city, and level.
- Track players discovered through LFG, imports, manual whispers, or Warcraft Logs data.
- Filter candidates by guilded, guildless, or unknown guild status.
- Organize outreach like a lightweight CRM: pending, contacted, replied, interested, ignored, unresponsive, or blocked.
- Store notes, specs, replies, contact history, source history, timestamps, and follow-up status per player.
- Use named whisper prompts with `{name}` personalization.
- Queue outreach safely so whispers are prefilled one at a time and only sent when you press Enter.
- Avoid duplicate outreach with deduping, blocklists, opt-out handling, and status tracking.
- Export data to CSV or use optional companion tooling for Google Sheets sync and Warcraft Logs parse fetching.
