Online Sync Requirements

• Sync is addon-to-addon only.
• It only works when both people are online and have the addon enabled.
• Messages are invisible in chat and cause no spam.
• The default channel is OFFICER. This means:
  • You must be in the guild.
  • Your rank must be allowed to send messages to OFFICER.
• If your rank cannot use OFFICER, set Officer Channel to GUILD in Settings.
• There is no server-side history. If nobody else is online, nothing is delivered until they log in and synchronization occurs.
• For full coverage, multiple officers should keep the addon enabled so updates propagate quickly.

Manual Sync (Offline)

• You can manually synchronize using Export/Import in the Contacts tab.

• Contact history and blacklist entries are merged with the existing data.

• The Blacklist tab also supports separate imports using one entry per line:
