Online Sync Requirements

• Sync is addon‑to‑addon only.
• It only works when both people are online and have the addon enabled.
• Messages are invisible in chat (no spam).
• Default channel is OFFICER. This means:
  • You must be in the guild.
  • You must have a rank that can send messages to OFFICER.
• If OFFICER isn’t allowed for your rank, set Officer Channel to GUILD in Settings.
• There is no server‑side history: if no one else is online, nothing is delivered until they log in and sync happens.
• For full coverage, multiple officers should keep the addon enabled so updates propagate quickly.

Manual Sync (Offline)

• You can always sync manually by using Export/Import in the Contacts tab.
• This merges lists, so everyone ends up with the combined history.
