CHANGES:
- Made the Detail window resizable to show up to 20 rows.

- Added a "Previous" button to the Detail window's title bar.  Clicking it switches back and forth between the last two selected players.

- Added a scrollbar to the bottom of the Detail window.

- Added a tooltip to the bottom of the Detail window that shows damage/healing/overheal percents for the highlighted spell in the top.
Note: The percents shown in this tooltip represents the amount done by that single spell, and is not part of either pie chart.

- In the Graph window, data names are now sorted alphabetically.

- Miscellaneous code cleanup.

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed Detail window's scrollbar placement.

- Fixed Detail window's tooltip sometimes not going away.

- Fixed Detail windows's scrollbars so they work when using the mousewheel while hovering over them.

- Fixed saving the position of the Graph window between reloads.  Also fixed "/rud resetpos" to include resetting the Graph window's position.
