CHANGES:
- Added cast counts and average damage to the top part of the Detail window.
Note: If the average is too long to fit, "..." is shown instead.
Note: The new columns do not line up perfectly.  I took a shortcut to add this feature sooner than later.  But I do plan on enlarging the Detail window and adding nicer columns in the future if interest in this addon continues to grow.

- The changelog only pops up once per account instead of once for each character on that account.

- Reduced the size of the main window's tooltip while either the Graph or Detail window is open.

- Changed the "/rud tmp" slash command to "/rud pets".

- Removed the "/rud sync" slash command since it no longer did anything.

- Miscellaneous code cleanup.

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed damage amounts for Monks by ignoring the Stagger spell.  (Accidentally broke this in version 11.1.7.5.)

- Fixed fights not being added to the fight menu when recording mobs/bosses was turned on.  (Had to overhaul the code that detects bosses.)

- Fixed "hostile player" markers which were set incorrectly in Solo Shuffle matches (for rounds 2 to 6).
